How We Serve.

Compassionate Ministries

As you probably have seen by now, Our Compassionate Ministries team faithfully serves our community by hosting a Free Community Meal on the second Monday of every month in our Family Life Center.

Additionally, there are multiple opportunities throughout the year to volunteer or donate to initiatives that benefit the Nazarenes Mission International:

Alabaster Offering (February & September)
Easter & Thanksgiving Missions Offering
Crisis Care Kits (collected annually end of July - middle of September)
Operation Christmas Child
Christmas Blessing Boxes
Special meals served at our local homeless shelter
And many more events and missions throughout the year!

Nursery Workers

Our Nursery Workers have one of the most fun roles at ChillNaz 1st and get to spend time and help spread the love of Jesus to the precious littles of our church!

Children's Church

We are always looking for volunteers to join the rotation to lead a Sunday School class for our Children. Sunday School is held at 9:30am every Sunday here at the church.

Kingdom Kidz

Serve alongside Pastor Michelle and the Kingdom Kidz team - meeting in the Family Life Center every Sunday worship service after the Pastoral Prayer.

Welcome Team

A newer team at ChillNaz 1st, the Welcome Team passionately greets those entering the building and makes sure they know where they are headed! Whether it be to register for Kingdom Kidz or to find their way to a Sunday School classroom, restroom, or the Sanctuary for worship.

Worship Team

If you have a passion for worship, we'd love for your to serve on our worship team! We rehearse Sunday mornings at 9am - before Sunday School.

Volunteer positions available:

Worship Leader
Vocalist
Musician (piano, keys, acoustic guitar, bass guitar, or whatever God has gifted YOU with!)
Special Music (an outward expression of the song God has placed on your heart).

Do you watch our live stream? Have you heard a Pastor's sermon clearly through a microphone and speaker? Did you feel the presence of God during worship this past Sunday?

These things don't just happen on their own! Join our Tech Team and become part of that group that helps to deliver the ministry of our church inside the four walls of the building and beyond.
