We live out the mission of our church by spreading God's love to our brothers and sisters in Christ within our community of Chillicothe, Ohio and beyond. On the second Monday of every month in our Family Life Center located at 781 Madison Ave., our amazing group of volunteers work tirelessly to feed those looking for a home cooked meal. We bless anywhere from 25-60+ guests for this FREE COMMUNITY MEAL hosted by our very own Compassionate Ministries every single month!
We are always looking for additional volunteers, donations, and of course prayers for this life giving ministry of our church. If you would like more information about this ministry or details on how you can pitch in, please email compassionateministries@chillnaz1st.org. We are truly FOR CHILLICOTHE & our community that God has given us. Together, this is how we LIVE OUT a LIFE of LOVE.

Each Christmas, our church members collect boxes of life necessity items (and some fun things too!) to take to our local community neighbors in need.

Big Serve
In April, 2024, our church joined several Nazarene churches across multiple states by participating in The Big Serve Weekend. ChillNaz 1st blessed a local homeless shelter by serving a home cooked meal! #LoveLived
For the world.
At Chillicothe First Church of the Nazarene, we often participate in Operation Christmas Child, making an impact with children around the world at Christmastime. Our congregation collects, donates, and organizes boxes - both physical AND digital! This is yet another way that we believe we are spreading God's love globally.
